FEATURED PROJECT
Sixty-five miles northeast of Yakima, the Wanapum Dam spans the Columbia River. This remote facility uses huge turbines to generate 4 million megawatt-hours of electricity each year. It all happens in a massive building called the Powerhouse, built in 1959.
After 60 years, the Powerhouse needed a new roof.
